Description Rooms Operations Manager We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Rooms Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel’s guest rooms and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a vibrant hospitality team, driving operational excellence and maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the rooms division, including housekeeping, front desk, and guest services. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. - Manage and lead a team of department managers and staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations. - Monitor and control departmental budgets, expenses, and revenue targets. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all guest areas. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resolve guest issues promptly. - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards. - Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions. - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and professional development. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial role within the rooms division. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans. - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance. - Budget management and financial acumen. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Create and Implement weekly schedules. - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
