REQUIREMENTS OF THE CANDIDATE:

  • IRATA level 3 (or equivalent) certification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in rope access operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven experience in façade maintenance and care services
  • Experience in business development or client management
  • Strong knowledge around access systems and maintenance equipment
