Job Summary As a Rope Access Supervisor, you will: Lead and supervise rope access teams on-site Plan and execute complex high-level works Act as the principal safety supervisor and lead technician Manage advanced rigging operations Ensure 100% compliance with international safety standards Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Supervise rope access operations, including high-rise exterior cleaning Ensure work is executed without disrupting guest privacy or hotel aesthetics Perform and oversee advanced rigging operations Conduct inspections and repairs of architectural elements, signage, roofs, and exterior lighting Operate scaffolding and alternative machinery (e.g., boom lifts) Equipment Management Monitor all rope access equipment and gear Conduct detailed inspections and ensure compliance logs are maintained Evaluate equipment for safe usage and retirement Coordination & Planning Schedule high-impact tasks during off-peak hours or low occupancy periods Align operations with hotel standards and guest experience expectations Safety & Compliance Enforce strict adherence to international safety regulations Lead safety briefings and ensure all team members follow protocols Requirements Qualifications IRATA Level 2 or 3 Certification (Level 3 preferred) Minimum 2,000 logged rope access hours Valid First Aid Certificate Working at Heights Certificate Certified in scaffolding or equipment such as boom lifts Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a comparable environment Education High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Skills Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices Basic to advanced computer skills Good English communication (written & verbal) Why Join Us?
