Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive individual to work closely with site personnel to ensure the project is run in a manner that meets the client’s expectation and SRG’s high standard of project delivery. The individual will provide leadership to site personnel and will ensure that work is completed safely and efficiently. This position will be responsible for continuously improving performance and overall project delivery giving SRG their competitive edge in the market.
This role will be responsible for performing Rope Access activities and providing on-site supervision and safely coordinating Rope Access operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervision of Rope Access multi-disciplined trade personnel.
  • Liaise with the Site Coordinator as required throughout the day, to review project workload.
  • Scoping of works during estimation phase to determine the correct manning and equipment levels.
  • Coordination and distribution of workload to personnel in an efficient manner.
  • Mentor and provide leadership, direction and support to new and existing site employees.
  • Ensure site daily worksheets are completed and sent to relevant departments.
  • Liaise with client representatives on daily activities and inform the client of activities which may impact on operations.
  • Ensure Rope Access is inspected at regular intervals as required under Client’s guidelines, IRATA, ICoP, and OSH’s regulations.
