JOB DESCRIPTION

At FAMASO, we specialise in delivering façade, window, and high-access cleaning and maintenance services across Australia. With a strong reputation for safety, professionalism, and innovation, we are expanding our rope access team and seeking Technicians (IRATA Level 1+) and Supervisors (IRATA Level 3) to join us in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and beyond.
Whether you are an experienced Level 3 Supervisor leading high-rise projects, or a skilled Level 1–2 Technician eager to grow, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be part of a team providing rope access services across a variety of commercial and high-rise sites. Responsibilities vary by role, but may include:

• Technicians: Rope access window cleaning, caulking, sealant application, minor repairs, and supporting anchor and height safety work.
• Supervisors: Full site ownership – leading crews, ensuring WHS compliance, client handovers, time/resource management, and mentoring technicians.

Both roles may also support other service areas during downtime (maintenance tasks, or assisting other high-risk divisions).
