About Us
RYCO Access Solutions is a Brisbane-based rope access and building maintenance company with plenty of secured work ahead. We specialise in façade washdowns, repaint projects, waterproofing, mastic/render repairs, and anchor installations. We are now looking to expand our team with motivated rope access technicians and painters ready to start immediately.
The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic workers to join our rope access team. Experience in painting and building maintenance is preferred but not essential — full training and support will be provided for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Rope access works including façade washdowns, painting, sealing, and minor repairs.
• Safe and efficient execution of building maintenance tasks at height.
• Supporting site supervisors with daily tasks, including set-up and pack-down.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Completing before-and-after photos and site documentation as required.

Requirements

• IRATA Ticket (any level) – essential.
• Working at Heights certification – essential.
• Right to work in Australia – essential.
• Painting experience highly regarded but not required.
• Reliability, good attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
