JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Report malfunctions or hazards to supervisors promptly.

On Site and Offsite Task Responsibilities

• Ensure that the worksite is well-cordoned before the start of any jobs
• Attend toolbox briefings
• Highlight any safety concerns at any point of time
• Inspect protective equipment and working tools to ensure functionality and safety
• Rig anchor points, set up rope systems, and ensure proper load distribution to ensure rope safety
• Maintain continuity of public services during work
• Conduct inspections to ensure platforms and equipment (Boom Lift & Scissor Lift) used are safe to utilise
• Report all Near Misses and Safety Violation incidents
• Ensure that the team carry out works in accordance to requirements and safety standards
• Restore work site to normal after completion of tasks
• Prepare and submit Service & Work Reports

Other Responsibilities

• Attend Refresher Training when needed
• Get hold of the latest Rope Techniques and Equipment development
• Study and reflect on relevant Safety Incident Case Studies

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess minimum valid Industrial Rope Access Training (Level 1) Qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Rope Access Works
• Experience in building exterior and roof cleaning as well as repair works
• Experience in industrial rope accessAble to join ASAP
