Overview Conduct an end-to-end review and validation of the Planogram Monitoring system, evaluating Image Recognition (IR) accuracy across Traditional Trade (TT) channels and different rack/display types. Gather frontline feedback and develop recommendations to improve IR quality, usability, and adoption. Responsibilities Review the current planogram monitoring process and compliance measurement methodology. Assess IR accuracy across various TT outlets, channels, and rack/display formats. Identify key use cases, gaps, and pain points impacting compliance tracking. Conduct field visits and collect feedback from frontline sales teams and supervisors. Analyze system performance and compare IR outputs against actual in-market conditions. Recommend improvements to enhance IR accuracy, user adoption, and operational effectiveness.
