JOB SUMMARY

Ross & Friends is seeking dedicated Operation Assistants to join our dynamic team. This role combines customer service, animal care, and park operations to ensure that both dogs and their owners enjoy a safe, welcoming, and fun environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, excellent people skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for dog owners and their pets.
• Meet and greet customers, respond to their questions, and provide assistance as needed.
• Give tours to new customers and explain park features.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Booking checkins and verify that each booking meets park requirements.

SKILLS

• Experience working with animals preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-stress situations.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with attention to detail.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Graduate
  Pay: £8.00-£13.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
