Rossopomodoro, the pizza purveyor for Eataly, is seeking a skilled Pizzaiolo
We are looking for a detail-oriented pizzaiolo to uphold the high quality of our authentic products. This is a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for growth, travel, and being part of a dynamic team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2+ years of experience working with wood/Gas-burning ovens, Neapolitan-style pizza programs, and high-volume service.
• Italian language skills are a plus, but a love for pizza is essential.

EXPERIENCE:

• Pizza making: 2+ years (required)

• Ensure high-quality food preparation and service.
• Follow the recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Enforce company policies and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Support the rest of the team in case of difficulties, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and teamwork.
