ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. A valid Working with Children Check (prior to commencement).
  2. Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  3. Demonstrated experience with using a rostering system and solid experience using Microsoft Excel.
  4. Demonstrated ability to construct rosters for a large complex organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a master of coordination? Passionate about ensuring smooth operations? Look no further! We’re seeking a Roster Controller to efficiently coordinate rosters and work schedules. Your role is critical in ensuring our Skills Teams deliver an outstanding learning experience for students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, prepare and verify rosters
  • Collaborate with Head Teachers and relevant stakeholders
  • Allocate resources and provide expert advice to ensure efficient resource utilisation
  • Create clear and concise reports for stakeholders, guiding strategic decisions
