About the opportunity Work with the Roster Support Lead to develop best rostering practices and a guideline for managers and clinicians Liaison and education of managers and clinicians on roster guidelines and work with others to develop processes to support staff Part of a team to ensure that EBA requirements and skill mix for teams are met What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. To thrive in this role, you will have: Strong experience with clinical rosters Ability to work within a team Interpersonal skills and experience working with healthcare clinicians Understanding of Enterprise Agreements You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
