About the opportunity Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Services (MMH&WS) is seeking applications from passionate and committed colleagues for the role of Roster Liaison and ANUM Support. This service-wide role will provide essential roster and staffing support across our Mental Health and Wellbeing Services, with a particular focus on acute teams. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to workforce stability and staff wellbeing while developing your leadership and workforce planning experience. Lead best practice rostering guidelines Develop support for managers and clinicians by a guideline, audits and reports Be part of a multi-disciplinary team leading recruitment, onboarding, and short-term workforce planning. To thrive in this role, you will have: Project management track record in healthcare and knowledge of rosters and Enterprise Agreements Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to rostering oversights to help skill mix and reduce staff fatigue and improve wellbeing collaborative team environment. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check. Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
