MACKAY
We are seeking a passionate, energetic and caring Rostering person with a “can do” attitude, who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of people with a disability.
The role will be permanent part time for a minimum of 20 hours per week, five days per week. With relevant experience and availability, the role can be increased to permanent full-time.

In Mackay we are fortunate to assist a diverse range of NDIS participants in our Supported Independent Living, Community Access, Programs and Respite Accommodation services. Our clients have a range of disabilities and challenging behaviours. We are seeking a rostering person who is resilient and have a sound understanding of the importance of supporting people in line with our commitment to the NDIS practice standards.
The role would suit a multitasker with a positive attitude and who can work well under pressure.

· Respond to rostering requests in a timely and responsive manner
· Allocate Casual Relief Staff to vacant shifts
· Update rosters for new service agreements to ensure system information is current and invoicing is accurate
· Prompt and effective management of vacancies/conflicts in the roster as they occur
· Provide excellent customer service in a high volume and demanding professional team environment where there are competing priorities and strict deadlines
· Maintain accurate and timely data including service user and staff preferences
· Respond to and appropriately manage staff queries in regards to their rosters
· Efficient follow through of tasks until completion
· In conjunction with Service Coordinator, ensure that shifts are filled in a timely manner and in such a way as to ensure minimum disruption to clients and ensure maximum cost effectiveness to the organisation
· General administration as required
· Undertake other duties as requested to ensure the smooth running of Engedi Inc.
