THE ROLE:

Our NSW participant base mainly consists of high complex care participants who predominantly have spinal and brain injuries requiring the support of Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses.
We are currently looking for an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our internal team in our office located in Rhodes, NSW. We’re a young business with a strong foundation, and believe in a participant centric approach.
This role will be on a permanent full-time basis for an immediate start. This role can also offer career advancement opportunities and professional development opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment of staff/care teams (Supports Workers, EN’s and RN’s)
• High volume recruitment
• Assisting with screening potential candidates and reference checks
• Onboarding of new staff
• Rostering of care teams, specific to each participant
• Data Entry into our CRM system
• Ensure the compliance of all workers and other organisational governance is upheld
