Competitive salary | Parramatta based | 5 min from public transport hub Work in a supportive team to meet crucial business goals Join one of Australia's largest security companies and an Employer of Choice About the Role MSS Security is looking for a Rostering Coordinator (also known as Service Delivery Coordinators at MSS) where you will support a portfolio of clients to fulfil rosters, conduct and manage welfare calls, as well as provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders. Please note that this is an After hours opportunity with shifts starting 6pm to 6am, with work across weekdays and weekends. What does the role involve? Deliver exceptional customer service Work as part of a team Proven ability to cope under pressure Think on your feet Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications Desirable – Background in administration/Call Centre/Rostering or similar, and night shift experience. About you You are task driven and a self-motivated professional who is comfortable to handle service delivery under pressure and within time constraints.
