Are you a scheduling superstar who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a high-energy, detail driven Rostering Manger who knows our current rostering system, CareMaster and can lead us to transition and roll out our new Nightingale software. We need a change manager that can lead and inspire all our staff in this transition, help build new structure and have loads of fun doing it. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, are an excellent and proactive communicator, love solving puzzles and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time — we want you! To find the best person for the role we are prepared to pay above the standard benchmark of market rate– $100 - $110k plus super Build and maintain efficient, staff-friendly rosters Manage schedule changes and last minute shifts with confidence and calm Use CareMaster and Nightingale to coordinate client appointments and staff availability Ensure compliance with industry standards, service agreements, and workforce requirements Communicate with team members, clients, and management to keep everything running like clockwork What We’re Looking For - Strong experience with CareMaster and Nightingale scheduling software Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to stay organized under pressure Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style A proactive problem-solver with a "make it happen" attitude Prepared to pay above the standard benchmark for the right person– $100 - $110k plus super At LME Care we are dedicated to supporting our staff and participants to "Live their Best Lives".
