We foster your talent, with us you shine. Normet Mongolia LLC is looking for 1x Rotable parts coordinator based at Oyu Tolgoi mine, Southgobi, Mongolia with roster 14 days on and 14 days off. Main responsibility: Responsible for managing repairable items for OT end users from the time the item leaves site until it returns. Make sure repairs done in a cost-effective way with value returned to the site. Coordinate and provide services and support on rotables activities of the functional area in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the team's objectives and targeted plan. Ensures system updates are done in a timely manner. Responsible for processing rotables & repairable components & equipment within the SAP system. Liaise with key stakeholders on availability & requirements of rotables & repairable components. Liaise with offsite engineers on repair requirements & progress of rotables & repairable components. Ensures processes & procedures are followed within the area of responsibility to support the rotables process Provide input for process improvement Qualifications and skills: Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical) or equivalent qualifications and experience. At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training. Mongolian citizen Proficient in MS Office programs Good spoken and written English and Mongolian Effective communication skills.
