Description

A 60m performance sailing yacht is looking for a 2nd engineer who is currently doing their SV tickets. You need to have minimum two years experience as sole/2nd engineer on sailing yachts previously and have good knowledge of sail yacht systems. You need to be team player and enjoy sailing. This is a rotational 10:10 position starting end of May/June 2026. Program for the Summer will be USA east coast before resuming world cruising. The owners enjoy going to far flung places and very much off the beaten track. Qualifications required: AEC2 minimum, SV route ideally begun, previous experience as a sail yacht engineer, B1/B2 in hand ideally Itinerary: US east coast, World cruising Male/female: Male DTCA Start date and joining location: Caribbean, May/June Package: Salary DOE, 10:10 rotation

Responsibilities

Maintain and operate engineering systems on a 60m performance sailing yacht. Support the vessel during US East Coast and world cruising itineraries.
