Rotational Chief Officer 55m SY

A 55m SY is looking for a rotational Chief Officer to join them in Palma. This will be a 2:2 rotation with a competitive salary plus on month annual bonus. They will be in the yard in Palma until May, followed with a Med summer and Caribbean winter.
The owners are keen sailors and motivated to explore, cruising and race. There is room for future progression within the program.

Candidates should meet the following:

• OOW 3000 MCA minimum.
• Rotational position, 2 months on/off.
• 5 years’ experience on SY at least.
• Previous experience as 1st mate.
• Experienced on large SY and large team.
• Background in racing or dinghy is a plus.
• Experience on Ketch is a plus.
• Experienced with captive winches and furling boom, is a must !
• Experienced with IDEA, ISM, Compliancy. Good knowledge of computer (office), Smartsheet, google drive, NAS.
• High technical knowledge on deck, maintenance.
• Experienced with yard/refit operation.
• Team player, very organized, structured, good leadership.
• EU or UK passport would be preferred as they will be Med based the next 18 months.
