Equipment & Controls, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner and global leader of process systems and solutions, is currently offering several full-time positions for a rotational engineering development program. Based in our Lawrence, PA location, you will join a cohort of rising engineers and work with multi-faceted engineering teams across the tri-state area. Over this 12-to-18-month training program, you will develop the technical skills to envision, design, commission, start-up, and maintain some of the best control systems in the country. Location: Solon, OH What you get to do: Develop technical skills in automation engineering though a series of dynamic training and development activities, a combination of e-learning, in-person courses and hands-on experiences in the office and complex industrial facilities Cooperatively work with local and global engineering teams to design, support and implement projects for some of the most innovative manufacturing companies in the world Participate in customer site activities, including control system commissioning and startup, cybersecurity improvements and system modernization Requirements Your qualifications: B.S. Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering preferred Will have demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, an ability to think logically and systematically. 0-2 years of work experience in a related field Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
