YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Registered to practice as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency & your name will appear on the register.
  • Internship in Hospital Pharmacy (Grade 1)
  • Experience in Hospital Pharmacy (significant for Grade 2)
  • Active participation with professional bodies (Grade 2)
  • Experience with undertaking audits or developing guidelines (Grade 2)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Compliance with RCHs “Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases” procedure

Responsibilities

These are multiple Permanent Full-Time positions at 80 hours per fortnight available within the Pharmacy Department.
You will be responsible for the provision of a high-quality Clinical Pharmacy Services to wards at The Royal Children’s Hospital along with some Outpatient rotations and Sterile Production.
Classification for this role is Grade 1 Year 1 – Grade 1 Year 6 (SW5 – SW10) or Grade 2 Year 1 – Grade 2 Year 4 (SX2 – SX5)
