We are looking for enthusiastic, newly qualified and existing Band 5 Physiotherapists to join our friendly team of Therapists working on a rotational basis across both The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.
OUR BAND 5 POSITIONS ARE ROTATIONAL AND COVER:
Medicine
Surgery
Critical care
Orthopaedics
MSK outpatients
Oncology
Inpatient Stroke
Front door services including ED
Acute Adult Respiratory
Acute Respiratory Paediatrics
Cross-organisational rotations (including MPFT, RJAH and SCHT available as service enables)
All rotations have a robust competency framework and mentorship system with appraisals at regula r periods across the rotation with a full appraisal annually. You are supported by a stable team of experienced staff, headed by a Therapy-led Management Team. We have also established peer group sessions across both sites to help new starters have a point of contact for help or concerns.
