Description Cornerstone Builders of SWFL is hiring a skilled and motivated Rough Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience framing walls, floors, residential remodeling. We are looking for dependable team players with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Demolition Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications Build and install framing components for residential remodeling Read and interpret drawings, and project specifications Protection installation Trenching concrete Concrete foundation repairs/slab prep Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Ensure structures are level, plumb, and square Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Communicate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion Requirements 2+ years of proven experience as a rough carpenter Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials Ability to read drawings Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and climb ladders and lift up to 50lbs Clean driving record, ability to drive company vehicle Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working in residential remodeling
Responsibilities
