Description Seasonal Chef Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Chef, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across multiple outlets, including Spot on the Dock, Spot on the Dock Catering, Fin Catering, and the Marina Store grab-and-go service. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate the preparation of food for various outlets, ensuring quality and consistency - Manage daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of food - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety standards - Assist with line station work as needed, supporting the team during busy periods - Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth operations - Uphold high standards of food presentation and taste Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a fast-paced or catering environment - Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards - Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work seasonal hours, including weekends and holidays - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory We foster a vibrant, team-oriented culture that values creativity, dedication, and growth.
