Job Location Rigs Reports to Rig Superintendent Job Purpose The Roustabout Pusher plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of rig activities. They not only supervise a crew of Roustabouts, delegating tasks, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring equipment functions properly, but also directly contribute to operations by overseeing cargo handling work, maintenance duties, and general labor activities. Additionally, they demonstrate a hands-on approach that bridges the gap between crew leadership and operational execution. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Crew Leadership & Supervision: Operational Support: HSE Responsibilities (Health, Safety, and Environment): Management/Administrative/Technical Duties: Other Responsibilities: Total Years of Experience (Minimum) 4 Years of Experience Relevant Experience Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Understanding of basic oil and gas drilling operations (a plus). Ability to operate and maintain drilling equipment (a plus). Experience in crew leadership and supervision (a plus). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
