JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform GL Reconciliations
• Perform financial analysis as required
• Communicate effectively with sales and other departments within the organization, as well as with large Clients
• Request information such as invoices, proof of delivery, etc., and confirm back with customers appropriately
• Make recommendations to procedures, processes, and system reporting as required.
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, working with high volume duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are a must
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis is a large asset
• Must have knowledge and or experience of/with GL reconciliations
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look ups) are a must
• Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment is a must
• Experience working with Oracle software is a large asset
