For more information, visit www.pepsico.com. Responsibilities Job Overview: The objective of this exercise is to collect in-trade delivery data during live customer deliveries. Designated data collectors will accompany delivery vehicles each morning for the duration of the exercise and capture relevant operational data throughout the delivery process. Collected information will subsequently be compiled, verified and captured in a structured spreadsheet format to ensure consistency and usability for analysis. The business requires this dataset as a critical input into the development and validation of the Owner Driver project, supporting the design of operational standards, delivery time benchmarks and remuneration models. Basic understanding of distribution, delivery or in-trade operations preferred. Ability to accurately capture data using structured questionnaires. Competence in basic data entry and validation, preferably using Excel or mobile data collection tools. Strong numerical literacy and attention to detail. Commitment to accuracy, completeness and consistency in data capture. Understanding of data confidentiality and ethical data handling. Clear verbal communication skills to engage with drivers, supervisors and customer staff when required. Ability to observe objectively and record facts without bias. Qualifications Grade 12 Good business communication skills – oral and report writing. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure. Data Accuracy and Attention to Detail. Be computer literate with good working knowledge of Newspage, EWM, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Competency Analytical thinking. Drive for results.
