Repsol is seeking a Route Coordinator to join the Production Operations team supporting our Eagle Ford Asset in the Unconventional Business Unit. This full-time non-exempt position will be based onsite from the field in Runge and/or Three Rivers, Texas, reporting to the Production Operations Supervisor. Summary: The Route Coordinator will support the Production Operations Supervisor in managing the area’s daily operations to ensure the safe and efficient operation of wellsites, pipelines and facilities to achieve the objectives of the asset’s production plan. The area must operate within a culture of Safety and Environment that ensures the integrity of people and facilities, and minimizing the impact on the environment, in accordance with the Company’s policies and standards. The position is responsible for the safety of the people, wells, and facilities under his/her supervision. Key Responsibilities: Supervision of personnel who operate wells, pipelines and the facilities, ensuring operational continuity and production at optimal conditions. Adhere to and enforce all applicable company safety and operations policies and procedures for all personnel working in the assigned area. Engaged in the safety performance of the area. Will require approval of Permit to Work, validation of energy isolation, preparation and review of SOPs, and preventative observations with the objective of minimizing incident frequency and severity. Onsite support and direction for complex activities such as confined space entry, critical lifts or other non-routine activities. Maintain preparedness for emergency response and an onsite role. Ensure the correct data entry into the production reporting system with the appropriate deferment reasons. Support operators in the onsite work activities and troubleshooting of equipment and processes. Work with operators in the commissioning and start-up of new well pads and handover of the pads from other groups. Ensure the continuous injection of chemical products into the wells, pipelines, and facilities by confirm proper equipment operation and the availability of chemical. Request corrective maintenance of equipment and ensure the quality of the preventive and corrective maintenance carried out. Complete the preparation of equipment for maintenance (work permits and energy isolation) and abide by the Safety and Environment regulations. Train and mentor operators. Completed regular reporting of production data and activities. Coverage of the Production Supervisor role as needed. Minimum Required Qualifications: Must be fully authorized for employment in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Additionally, we are not authorized for employment under OPT/CPT/F1 visa programs. Local residency with the availability to report onsite in the field and/or office as needed. High School degree or equivalent. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a progression through field operations and supervisory roles. Minimum 2 years of experience supervising teams in a variety of environments and on different types of tasks. Additional Required Experience: Experience in well operations, facilities operations (separation, dehydration, acid gas removal, compression), PSM facilities, and pipeline operations is required. Experience in maintenance, measurement or other operations support services will also be considered. Experience with Artificial Lift Technologies including plunger lift, gas lift, jet pumps and rod pumps. Experience with commissioning wellsites and basic facilities. Understands P&IDs and awareness of engineering specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with hydrocarbon production applications (ie Energy Components) Demonstrate a strong commitment to safe operations. Location & Schedule Full time position will be based onsite from either Runge and/or Three Rivers, Texas (To be determined by the Production Manager). Local candidates residing within ~1 hr. commute are preferred and encouraged to apply. Position does not include relocation assistance.
