Description About RadCare Services (RCS) RCS is the country’s first full-service X-ray garment solutions provider. For the past ten years we have been servicing healthcare networks by cleaning, disinfecting, repairing, X-ray scanning, and selling X-ray garments. We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to work with stakeholders across the organization to streamline how teams, systems, and information work together from lead generation through contract execution. Position Overview The Route Delivery Specialist will be responsible for executing both delivery and warehouse duties, with a strong emphasis on providing superior customer service. This role involves ~25% delivery work and ~75% warehouse responsibilities, requiring overnight travel (2–10 nights per month). The ideal candidate will drive non-CDL vehicles (up to 26’ box trucks) or travel by air to reach customers. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to represent RadCare Services (RCS) professionally in diverse settings, including hospitals. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-site representative of RCS, ensuring professional customer interactions. Evaluate and address complex delivery or customer service situations, escalating issues as needed. Safely transport goods to customer locations, adhering to delivery schedules and traffic laws. Load, secure, and unload heavy shipping totes using a pallet jack. Verify delivery accuracy by matching items and quantities to warehouse records. Navigate hospital facilities efficiently and adhere to site-specific requirements. Communicate with the RCS Operations leadership team to report process deviations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles. Participate in process development and refinement within the operations team. Collaborate effectively within internal and external teams. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Requirements Qualifications Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior experience as a delivery driver and/or working within hospital environments preferred. Skills and Competencies Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for effective communication with customers. Strong mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Familiarity with GPS devices for navigation. Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to address diverse situations effectively. Licenses and Certifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical Demands Regularly lift and move items up to 30 pounds and push/pull heavy racks. Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment Moderate noise level and climate-controlled conditions. Exposure to slippery and uneven walking surfaces. Use of company-provided PPE in line with RCS and customer policies.
