Description

PURPOSE: To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner. JOB SUMMARY: Operate company truck to deliver clean product to the customer in a timely manner and pick up soiled product from customer locations. Load and unload the trucks with laundry carts. Establish professional relationship with customers and provide quality customer service. Represent the company professionally in appearance, conduct, and performance while at customer locations. Safe operation of company vehicles, including pre and post route inspections. Follow standard vehicle operating procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Be on time * Have excellent attendance * Meet established route schedules * Have good communication and customer service skills * Follow all company safety rules * Be able to work well with a diverse workforce * Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor * Follow all company policies and procedures * Possess and maintain a positive attitude * Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area in line with company policies * Be able to work past the schedule, as production/delivery issues may arise * Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Cross-train on other routes per department needs * Perform equipment moves to service provider for repairs and service as needed JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Be able to sit in a vehicle for several hours per day * Be able to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs.
