OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Route Sales and Restock Driver to join our dynamic team. This position plays a vital role in our retail operations, focusing on in-person customer visits to ensure timely product restocking, generate sales, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the physical capability to handle product deliveries efficiently and safely.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in route sales, merchandising, or delivery driving is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to upsell or expand product offerings through in-person customer interactions.
  • Basic math and organizational skills for handling transactions, using software, inventory, and restock planning.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to lift and transport heavy items on a regular basis.
  • Self-starter who is punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred).

  • Candidates located in or near Temecula, Murrieta, or surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply due to route logistics.

Responsibilities

SALES AND RESTOCKING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule regular in-person visits to assigned retail customer locations.
  • Clearly communicate the purpose of each visit—sales, restocking, or both—to the customer.
  • Assess product availability on store shelves and in stockrooms to identify restocking needs or new sales opportunities.
  • Recommend and promote additional products to increase order size and improve product placement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, restocking levels, and customer preferences.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth.
  • Serve as the point of contact for each account, providing exceptional service and consistent follow-up.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a personable approach—strong communication skills and a charismatic personality are highly valued.

DRIVING AND DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate company vehicles safely, following all local traffic laws and company policies.
  • Navigate assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and service appointments.
  • Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, using pallets jacks or forklifts.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including quantities loaded, miles driven, and products delivered.
