As Route Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all route drivers, relief drivers and route supervisors to ensure efficient, timely, and safe distribution of our products. You will coordinate daily routes, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to optimize delivery operations. Your role involves training and mentoring drivers, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an understanding of how to service micro markets, coffee, vending, pantry, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

To be effective in this role you must be able to actively communicate with your driver, both before during and after they are running routes as needs arise. This might include things such as helping reschedule locations because they were inaccessible that day, changing par levels, modifying planograms, or sending out communications to the drivers as needed.
