On The Go Hosiery - is seeking a Full Time Route Sales Representative to manage, sell, deliver and merchandise our products in established Large Box retail accounts in the Buford, GA Region. Our associate’s hours of work vary by assigned territory. Start times begin between 3 and 4 AM. Hours per week average 50-55 hours, and weekends are not required. We take care of ALL expenses associated with a company van and maintaining sales in the territory. We offer a very competitive compensation including salary + commissions, health care benefits, 401k with employer match, profit sharing, paid vacation and sick pay. No weekends, uniform or CDL required!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Interact with store level and district level management of key retailers to maximize sales in plan-o-gram and modular space
• Maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel
• Drive a company van to assigned retail accounts to order, deliver and merchandise products via DSD onto our display in accordance with company provided plan-o-grams and company standards
• Work as a team with sales office and management by communicating issues, following intro and schedule and being flexible with schedule changes
• Some overnight travel required (3-4 nights per month)
• No weekends, uniform or CDL required!

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years Territory or Route sales/merchandising experience with food, drugs or mass channels working a DSD route
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize a handheld computerized order and invoicing system
• Ability to lift and carry products (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day and perform physical tasks associated with the job
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate with internet access
• Excellent Basic Math Skills for calculating prices, discounts, and sales totals
• Complete Daily, weekly and monthly paperwork accurately and on time
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
