JOB EXECUTION Lead & Support Routes: Supervise route sales reps, ensuring execution of daily sales, merchandising, and delivery goals. Route Coverage: Drive a small NILO delivery truck to cover open or vacant routes (due to PTO, turnover, or expansion). Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, to maximize product visibility, drive sales growth, and strengthen brand presence in every account. Execution Excellence: Monitor delivery standards, merchandising, and in-store displays. Training & Coaching: Onboard and coach route sales and Demos on efficiency, customer service, and sales execution. (Occasional Travel to Chicago) Inventory & Reporting: Manage truck inventory, reconcile daily sales, and report KPIs to management. Fleet Care: Ensure assigned vehicles are maintained, clean, and compliant with all DOT and safety standards. Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required) 3+ years of experience in Route Delivery, Merchandising, or Sales Experience Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced, physical environment Reliable and punctual with strong time management and organization skills Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Willingness to drive small route delivery trucks (similar to Red Bull merch trucks) Ability to work early mornings as routes require.
Responsibilities
