As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Hillsburgh, ON.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing service schedules, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our customers and drivers, ensuring that services are delivered on time and to company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Proficiency with dispatching or scheduling software is an asset.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, “type-A” personality who thrives in a high-pressure environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

• Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch drivers for deliveries, services, and pickups.
