The Role: This position is primarily a route delivery driver role with additional responsibilities supporting day-to-day depot operations. You’ll spend most of your time on the road ensuring timely, accurate deliveries, while also assisting with basic operational tasks when not routing. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys independent, hands-on work and is interested in growing into a leadership or management role over time as the depot expands. Key Responsibilities: Route Delivery (Primary Focus) * Complete scheduled delivery routes efficiently and on time  * Ensure product quality, proper handling, and customer satisfaction  * Maintain accurate delivery records and follow company procedures  * Represent Mini Melts professionally while interacting with customers Depot & Operations Support * Assist with inventory organization and stock management  * Support general depot upkeep, including cleaning and basic maintenance  * Help prepare products and equipment for upcoming routes  * Serve as a reliable point of support for day-to-day operations  Team & Growth Support * Assist in training new drivers as needed  * Provide feedback to improve route efficiency and service quality  * Take on additional responsibilities as the depot grows, with the potential to step into a leadership role  What We’re Looking For: * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record  * Reliable transportation and flexibility to work approximately 50 hours per week  * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs  * Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail  * Good communication and organizational skills  * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, mobile apps)  * Willingness to take initiative and grow within the company  * Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug test  What We Offer: * Full-time, stable position with growth opportunities  * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (after probationary period)  * Vacation Pay (after probationary period)  * Life Insurance (after probationary period)  * 401(k) eligibility after one year  * A supportive, team-oriented work environment  Why Mini Melts?
