JOB SUMMARY

As a Routing Specialist at Baer?s Furniture, you will utilize Dispatch Track routing software to plan over 200 daily deliveries over various routes within assigned regions, adjusting routes as necessary for address corrections, delivery changes, and various delivery challenges. You will use discretion and independent judgement to strategize and optimize routes for our private fleet and third- party delivery teams, ensuring customer needs are met while maximizing efficiency. This role involves complex decision making in a fast-paced environment.
