We are now looking for a proactive and organized Routing Specialist to join our fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely deliveries for thousands of our customers every day.
You will work closely with our terminals, couriers, and internal teams to design optimized routes, monitor capacity, and participate in the continuous improvement of our routing tools and processes. Your work will have a direct impact on our mission to make e-commerce logistics seamless, sustainable, and customer-centric.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Routing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing routes. You will work in close collaboration with terminals, couriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure we have a stable and effective delivery chain. You will be part of our Last Mile team and report to the Last Mile Manager.

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU WILL DO

• Plan & optimize: Analyze, simulate, and create routes for parcel deliveries that maximize efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate closely: Work with terminals, couriers, tech teams and other internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow and quickly solve operational issues.
• Monitor & forecast: Keep track of capacity and forecast demand to keep our deliveries on schedule.
• Drive development: Participate in the product development of our routing tools and other operational processes, helping us to innovate and improve.
• Sustainability Champion: Fossil-free Logistics: You will be responsible for making our deliveries 100% fossil-free. You will achieve this by creating and managing processes to ensure our courier partners use and report on renewable, fossil-free fuels.
