We’re hiring a Roving Assistant Manager to support multiple communities for Stratum Property Management. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and making an impact wherever you go- this role is for you. Title: Roving Assistant Manager Communities You’ll Support: Woodburn, Molalla, Silverton, Forest Grove, St. Helens, Sandy, Albany, Salem & Independence to name a few! Schedule: Full-time; must be ready for weekends, holidays & after-hours emergency support Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch Pay: $22.00 – $28.00/hour + bonuses Classification: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime) Perks Monthly leasing & performance bonuses $50/month cell phone stipend Mileage reimbursement Optional onsite housing discount (25% off rent + utilities included) Why You’ll Love This Role Work across multiple properties — no two days are the same Build diverse experience fast Be the go-to problem solver and team supporter Make a real impact on operations and resident experience What You’ll Do Travel between properties to fill staffing gaps and support teams Jump into daily operations (leasing, admin, office support) Tour prospects, process applications, and support renewals Assist with rent collection, reporting, and resident files Handle resident concerns and deliver great customer service Coordinate with maintenance and vendors Inspect units and support property upkeep Step into Leasing Agent or Assistant Manager duties as needed Help teams stay organized, compliant, and running smoothly What You Bring 6–12 months of property management experience Leasing + Assistant Manager experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in new environments Highly organized and able to multitask Basic Fair Housing knowledge Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or similar (preferred) Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation Comfortable with frequent travel and schedule flexibility Physical Requirements Standing, walking, sitting, and computer use throughout the day Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Walking properties, climbing stairs, and inspecting units Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance 401(k) with 100% match up to 4% Paid holidays (including your birthday ??)
