Description

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Female Roving Night Care Workers to join our dedicated team. This unique role involves working overnight across multiple service users’ homes, supporting individuals with a variety of care needs. The position offers an excellent opportunity for carers who are flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality support throughout the night.
Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support, this is a female-only role (exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working with individuals to support their overnight needs are preferred but not essential, as full-training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Happy to work between the hours of 22:00-08:00 for 8 or 10 hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (We aim for our staff to work - one weekend on, one weekend off)
  • Valid UK driver’s license, with business insurance and reliable transportation
  • Our staff will be expected to use their own vehicle to travel between individuals’ properties throughout the night - Mileage will be paid at a rate of £0.45 per mile, and our automated system will calculate the distance between each individuals property
  • Enhanced DBS (Can be obtained upon completion of our interview)
