What skills or experience would I need to be successful? Demonstrated experience in an EA / PA or team administration role Proficiency in Microsoft programmes, you will bring your speedy typing skills, flair for multi-tasking and an eye for detail Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to quickly build effective working relationships within the Minister’s teams, with your peers and with key internal and external stakeholders A good sense of humour with the ability to have a laugh and work both closely with your team and autonomously as needed An ability to work and problem solve at pace, with maturity and a high level of resilience A good knowledge of the machinery of government would be advantageous Interested?
