Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Service focused personality is essential; prior customer related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud or a similar property management system
  • Background in Hospitality or related field is desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to details, multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early morning, late evening, overnight, weekends and holidays, as required
  • Proficiency in professional English both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus
    Additional Information
Responsibilities
  • Assist internal and external guests through various communication channels, including phone, email and messaging systems
  • Consistently offer personalized and anticipatory services to enhance the guest experience
  • Recommend property facilities and amenities, addressing special requests and inquiries efficiently
  • Conduct Reservation checks to ensure all reservations are set up correctly for a smooth guest arrival experience
  • Actively listen to guest feedback and resolve any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain an excellent rapport with various departments within the hotel
  • Execute hotel emergency procedure and situations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Book room reservation requests and update accurate information in the system
  • Additional responsibilities as needed by our leadership
