Job Description:
Join Royals Hot Chicken and be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll be part of a close team that creates the best Hot Chicken in the commonwealth of Kentucky. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure guest satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams.
* Uphold food safety standards.
* Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
Qualifications:
* Strong customer service skills and communication.
* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus
Physical Demands:
* Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts.
* Lift and carry up to 40 lbs; work in noisy and occasionally hot environments.
* Safely handle cleaning chemicals.
Benefits:

Responsibilities
