Job Description Provide general administrative support to the Royalty Department Scanning documents as assigned Data entry into all royalty systems Email reminders out to all franchisees Assist with processing all royalty/ad fund/tech/web fees in our banking system (EFT, checks, credit cards) Research, track, and resolve any accounting issues Process any adjustments/refunds/credits to the royalty system Maintain financial and/or account records. Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents. Discuss account status or activity with customers or corporate staff. Respond to customer issues. File documents or records. Order and maintain department supplies. Operate office machines such as printers, photocopiers, shredders. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to calculate figures and amounts as well as strong financial acumen. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, advanced Excel skills, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must have a proactive, self-motivated, can-do attitude. Team player.
