Job Description The RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Analyst will be a member of the Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) Global Strategy & Operations team and will be focused on building out RPA across our organization to streamline manual, repetitive tasks and empower our teams to focus on higher-value work. This person will report to the Senior Director and will work closely with global and regional stakeholders in VCA, and our IT development team to identify process automation opportunities, map processes, and develop RPA to automate tasks. Advisory Services is the consulting arm of Visa, driving tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including financial institutions, merchants, governments and fintechs. Responsibilities: The RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes using RPA technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to analyze workflows, develop automation strategies, and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of RPA bots. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and document current workflows Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using tools such Power Automate Monitor the performance of deployed bots and conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, including process maps and technical specifications Provide training and support to end users and other team members regarding RPA solutions Ensure compliance with IT and security policies during automation projects Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and best practices Given global nature of the role, flexibility to accommodate meetings across many time zones required. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications •3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications •3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) •Experience designing, developing, and implementing RPA processes •Knowledge of process mapping and business analysis methodologies •Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills •Able to manage competing priorities and requests, lead and influence others, and manage stakeholders •Ability to communicate both with business stakeholders and engineering teams, and to bridge the gap between the two when necessary •Proficient in using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.) Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
