RPA AUTOMATION BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – INSURANCE

Work on a high-impact RPA initiative in the insurance industry, supporting automation and process optimization using UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere. This hybrid contract role based in Markham (3 days on-site weekly) offers a strategic opportunity to drive digital transformation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Understand and define the core business problem, ensuring project focus remains aligned with business goals.
• Define and manage project scope in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Map current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) process workflows to guide automation planning.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Design and optimize workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
• Create and maintain documentation including process maps, use cases, and test plans.
• Participate in roadmap design, planning, and project prioritization.
• Lead working sessions and regular project update meetings with stakeholders across various levels.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support project execution and delivery.
• Identify potential roadblocks or project risks and propose effective resolutions.
• Support all phases of testing, including UAT, regression, and performance testing.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhancing project delivery practices.
