Job Description Designation : Technical Delivery Manager Responsibilites: Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Design end-to-end RPA solutions aligned with client requirements and enterprise architecture standards. Lead solution design sessions and define best practices for bot architecture, reusability, exception handling, logging, and security. Evaluate and select appropriate RPA tools, components, and frameworks. Ensure solution scalability and performance optimization. Review and approve solution design documents (PDD, SDD, TDD). Own the successful delivery of RPA projects from initiation to post-deployment support. Define and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Allocate and manage development resources across multiple concurrent projects. Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes. Coordinate with business SMEs, IT, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery. Track progress and report project status to internal and external stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements on RPA projects. Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and delivery timelines. Provide technical leadership and coaching to junior developers and business analysts. Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and process walk-throughs. Qualifications Degree
