JOB DESCRIPTION :

As an RPA Developer, you will work on creating automation solutions based on the UI Path platform. You will design, develop, and manage the deployment of automated processes to optimize business workflows. If you’re passionate about automation and keen to solve business problems through technology, this role is for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in robotic process automation (RPA).
• Proficiency in UiPath/BluePrism/Power Automate development, including design, development, and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in C#, VBA, VB, Python, Javascript,
• Experience managing UI Path Orchestrator
• Knowledge of workflow design and implementation principles.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Familiarity with Finance processes in the Healthcare domain is highly preferred.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is highly preferred.

• Design and develop solutions using the RPA platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand automation requirements.
• Integrate automation solutions with internal Finance systems and government / vendor portals.
• Experience in extracting information from Emails, databases, documents
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Document automation processes, procedures, and solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on automated processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and best practices.
• Manage and prioritize multiple automation projects.
• Manage RPA platform Orchestrator, including deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automation workflows.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the implemented RPA solutions.
• Experience in HR, Finance, Sales process,Payment automations, Bank reconciliations is an added advantage
