RPA Developer Location: Vilnius (flexible work model with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid setup) About the Client A leading global investment management firm is looking for an experienced RPA Developer to strengthen its team in Vilnius. This role offers the opportunity to drive process automation initiatives across key business functions, improving efficiency and scalability while working in a collaborative, international environment. About the Role As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions that streamline business operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT team members to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using industry-leading RPA tools. The role involves translating business processes into automated workflows, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance. What you'll do Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive and rule-based business processes Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization Build and maintain bots using RPA platforms Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of automation solutions in production environments Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in deployed bots, ensuring minimal disruption Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and technical solutions Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of automation frameworks What we're looking for Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar automation-focused role BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practices Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., .NET, C#, Python, or VB.NET) is a plus Familiarity with integrating systems such as APIs, databases, and enterprise applications Knowledge of SQL and data handling is advantageous Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in English in a cross-functional environment Why joining the Team To be part of a growth-oriented, international company, working closely with top professionals across global offices, and collaborating daily with a diverse, multicultural team of experts.
